Thai Christie is a Broker Associate specializing in Investment Sales and Business Brokerage for small to medium size businesses. Thai’s unique path to the commercial real estate industry has equipped him with numerous tools to help guide investors to the right strategic decisions at the right time and price.

With 25+ years of experience in finance, real estate investments and international business, Thai has constantly employed his entrepreneurial passion to broaden his background. During his career, he has gained vast experience in private business mergers and acquisitions, utilized all types of investment products and strategies including derivatives to achieve both return on investment and capital preservation, developed and deepened relations within the international investment community, and ranked among the top 1% of US Mortgage Bankers for 4 years.

Thai’s ability to analyze complicated investment data, combined with his expertise in predictive modeling are best exemplified by his creation of a proprietary algorithm designed to protect the value of employee stock option grants.

Since relocating to Southwest Florida in 2016, Thai has expanded his expertise by becoming a licensed real estate broker and turning his skills to commercial real estate. Employing his international investor ties and his expansive knowledge, he has acted in an advisory capacity in a multitude of high value business transactions.
