Our fees are assessed at the end of each of two steps:

1. Our fixed document preparation fee of $425 is due after the “lender package” has been prepared. (See Step 5 of How the AEFP Process Works).

2. When the loan workout details have been approved and accepted by your lenders, our final service fee ranges from $950-$2,200 depending upon the complexity of your situation. The average cost is $1,500. Our specialist will tell you the exact amount as outlined in Step 3 of How the AEFP Process Works.
